Inspired by the fusion of flavors he encountered on his journeys, Luke decided to pursue his true calling and enrolled in the prestigious Culinary Institute.

After completing his culinary education, Luke started his career in the bustling culinary scene of South Beach, Miami. There, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience working in various high-energy kitchens. Seeking to bring his passion for food back to his homeland, Luke managed his own Sushi delivery business, introducing innovative and exciting flavors to the Bahamian palate.

Luke's talent and expertise caught the attention of luxury resorts in the Bahamas, and he had the opportunity to showcase his culinary prowess at esteemed establishments such as Stella Maris on Long Island. However, it was the enchanting beauty of Exuma that captivated Luke's heart, and he decided to settle on this idyllic island.

Currently, Luke serves as the Executive Chef at the Peace and Plenty Hotel, overseeing the Copia restaurant, The Beach Club on Stocking Island, as well as all banquets and special events. He wholeheartedly embraces the vibrant local culture and strives to incorporate both local and exotic ingredients into his dishes, resulting in a harmonious fusion of flavors and styles.
