One of the most addictive fights you have yet to experience. Bonefish are found primarily in shallows often less than 1 foot deep. They range in size from 3 pounds up to 12 pounds. They are referred to as the "Grey Ghost" because they look like shadows in the sand.

When Bonefish dig under the sand for crabs their tails can be seen sticking out of the water (this is called "Tailing").
While you can catch Bonefish with a spinning rod, they are easily spooked. At the Bonefishing School, we will teach you to use a fly rod from a flat bottomed boat. Remember, even the smallest of these fish is strong enough to pull you and your boat out to sea!

TRAVEL INFORMATION & DOCUMENTS

• American Eagle flies direct to Exuma from Miami
• Lynxair flies direct from Ft. Lauderdale
• Bahamasair and Sky Unlimited also service Exuma from Nassau where a number of U.S. carriers fly daily
• Entering the Bahamas, a U.S. Citizen must present a valid passport
• In lieu of a passport, you must have 2 pieces of identification (one being a birth certificate, the other a driver's license, voter's registration, etc.) one of which must have a picture

DEPOSITS: To confirm a reservation, a $500 per person deposit is required within twenty-one (21) days of the booking date. Deposits should be sent in the form of a cheque to Peace & Plenty Bonefish Lodge at the below address. Peace & Plenty reserves the right to cancel reservations not deposited within 21 days. Balance to be paid at the Lodge by: Visa or MasterCard.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon receipt of written cancellation, Peace & Plenty Bonefish Lodge will issue refunds as follows:

• Sixty (60) or more days prior to arrival... full refund less $100 per room cancellation fee.
• Thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to arrival... 50%
• Thirty (30) days or less to arrival... no refund.
